The holiday season, with its many stressors can be a challenge to our most cherished relationships, not to mention those relationships where we may struggle at the best of times. How do we love ourselves and love others well through the times of high stress, high expectations, and often low self-care?
In Loving Well Through The Holidays we will explore ways that we can nourish and strengthen our most important relationships, especially our relationship with ourselves, to bring our best selves and our deepest joy into this holiday season.
