In July of 2025, the Leadership Council of the 1 Love Awakening Society voted to dissolve the charity and close the non-profit. We met as the membership of the Society on September 28, 2025, for an ordinary Resolution to affirm this decision. 

 

We have come to a point in our history when the work and effort to maintain a charity exceeds the time and energy we have to dedicate to the mission.  Those who gather as our beloved Soul Community have also chosen to continue our pursuit of co-creating a radically spiritual life together, as we walk each other home. Through this shared experience, we will continue to bridge hearts, awaken minds, and transform lives. We choose now to release what doesn’t serve us, and simply evolve.
